Koshari:
Egypt’s favorite Street Food

Egypt has a vibrant street food culture. Koshari, one of Egypt’s National dishes, is a hearty dish composed of rice, lentils, chickpeas, pasta, topped with a spicy tomato sauce and fried onions.

The final union of these simple yet carefully prepared  ingredients, is nothing short of a masterpiece. Do give it a try, if only to marvel at how incredibly flavorful and satisfying a humble vegan meal can be!
